Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (personally or on behalf of a business) and Teqwiz Inc., doing business as GreenPOS ("we", "us", "our"), for your use of this website, trygreenpos.com. A GreenPOS subscription is governed by the GreenPOS Terms of Service you accept when your account is set up.

About GreenPOS

GreenPOS is cloud-based point-of-sale and business management software for licensed dispensaries, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, customer records, integration with state regulatory systems such as Metrc, reporting and staff management.

Who may use GreenPOS

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must hold the business licenses required by your state and local jurisdiction and operate a legally licensed business.
• You must have authority to act for your business and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Professional plan limited-time promo

• The offer is for new Oklahoma dispensaries subscribing to the GreenPOS Professional plan.
• The price is $250 per store per month, compared with the standard Professional price of $349 per store per month.
• The price stays $250 per month per store while your subscription remains active. If the subscription is cancelled or ends, the offer ends with it.
• Add-ons, such as Offline POS, are priced separately.
• Data migration and onboarding are included at no charge.

Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in your subscription terms, and failure to pay may result in suspension of the service.

Compliance responsibility

GreenPOS provides tools that help with state regulatory compliance, but you remain solely responsible for making sure your business complies with all applicable laws. We do not guarantee that using GreenPOS ensures regulatory compliance. The Metrc integration requires you to keep valid API credentials, and we are not responsible for Metrc outages, Metrc API changes, or errors in data submitted to Metrc.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.

Intellectual property

GreenPOS software, designs, text and graphics are owned by Teqwiz Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenPOS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, or regulatory fines or penalties arising from your use of the service. This website is provided "as is".

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be resolved in the state courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
