Who we are
GreenPOS is point-of-sale and compliance software for licensed dispensaries, provided by Teqwiz Inc. ("we", "our", "us"). This policy covers this website (trygreenpos.com) and the information you share with us when you ask for a demo. Use of the GreenPOS software itself is covered by the privacy terms provided with your subscription.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you request a demo, your name, dispensary name, email address, phone number, and, if you choose, your number of stores and a message. The request also notes which version of the page you saw and the ad campaign details in the page address (such as utm parameters), so we know which ads are useful. If you arrived from a Google ad, the request also notes the click ID Google added to the page address; we may send that ID and the time of your request back to Google Ads so it can count the request against the ad. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number or message. Your request is sent by email to our team.
- Server logs: our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, referring page and time) to keep the site secure and to count visits to each page.
- A single site cookie: this site sets one first-party cookie that remembers which version of the page you were shown, so the page stays the same on your next visit. It contains no personal information.
This site loads no analytics scripts, advertising scripts or third-party fonts.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo request and questions about GreenPOS.
- To understand which page content is most useful to dispensary owners, using aggregate visit counts.
- To protect the site against abuse and technical problems.
- To comply with applicable laws and legal processes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and content delivery providers), when required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to info@greenpos.io. You can clear the site cookie in your browser at any time.
Business audience
This site is intended for dispensary owners, managers and other business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
