This notice explains what Teqwiz Inc. ("we") does with personal information in connection with GreenPOS business correspondence sent from this domain. It covers our outreach to licensed businesses. Use of the GreenPOS product itself is covered separately at greenpos.io.
We contact licensed Oklahoma medical marijuana businesses. The business name, licence number, licence type, address, telephone number and contact email we hold come from public records published by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, cross-referenced against the public registrant directory of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect personal information about consumers or patients.
Every message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link and supports the unsubscribe mechanism built into most email clients. It takes effect immediately, no reply is required, and no explanation is asked for.
Opting out adds your address to a suppression list checked before every send. That record is kept indefinitely, because deleting it is what would allow a future message to reach you by mistake.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Information is processed by service providers acting on our instructions — email delivery, email address verification, and hosting — and may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Business contact records are kept while the business is licensed and we have a reason to hold them. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, as above. Delivery records are kept while they remain useful for managing sending quality.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below or reply to any message from us. If you ask for deletion we will keep only the minimum needed to ensure we do not contact you again.
